THE ELITE SQUAD

There are eight members of the Elite Squad all boasting fine form in endurance sports. They were all given the opportunity to participate in the Challenge but, after careful consideration, decided to concentrate on just the one marathon. The Elite Squad will all run the Paris Marathon with the exception of Sarah, who will be running the London Marathon.

None of them will be attempting the cycle but this should not detract from their efforts. Forrest Gump never rode a bike. He just ran and so will they.
